Do you ship rare plants to the USA, Canada and Europe?+
Yes. We export from Indonesia to the United States, Canada, all EU countries, the UK and most other countries. Every order ships bare-root with an official phytosanitary certificate from Indonesian plant quarantine.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is a flat $100 USD per order, no matter how many plants you buy. This covers express courier delivery, the phytosanitary certificate and export documents.
How long does delivery take?+
After payment we need about 5–10 business days to prepare plants and export documents. Express transit to the USA, Canada and Europe then typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do I need an import permit?+
It depends on your country, the species and the quantity. US buyers may need a USDA PPQ 587 permit for larger orders; Canadian buyers may need a CFIA permit for certain species. The EU and UK require a phytosanitary certificate, which we provide. Contact us before ordering and we will guide you.
Can I check out without creating an account?+
Yes. Guest checkout is available — just enter your email and shipping address. You can also create an account to save your address and view your order history.
Do you sell wholesale?+
Yes. Wholesale pricing applies automatically when you reach the minimum quantity shown on each product. For large or mixed lots, send a wholesale inquiry and we will prepare a custom quote.
How do I pay?+
Pay instantly at checkout with PayPal or any credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — no PayPal account needed. Wholesale buyers can also choose Wise or an international bank transfer, and we email the details within 24 hours.
Which currency do you charge in?+
All prices are in US dollars (USD). PayPal or your card issuer converts to your local currency (EUR, CAD, GBP…) automatically.
What if my plant arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video. We will offer a replacement or store credit for plants that arrive dead on arrival (DOA), as described in our arrival guarantee.
