Shipping is $100.00 USD per order, whether you buy one plant or one hundred. Retail and wholesale orders are charged the same flat rate.

*After a preparation time of 5–10 business days for inspection and phytosanitary certification. Customs clearance can add time.
How plants are packed
All plants ship bare-root (no soil), as required by most countries' plant health rules. Roots are cleaned and wrapped in moisture-retaining media, and plants are packed securely in insulated boxes. We avoid shipping during extreme weather when possible.
Import requirements by region
United States
Each shipment includes an Indonesian phytosanitary certificate. Depending on the species and quantity, a USDA APHIS PPQ 587 import permit may be required. If you have a permit, add the number in your checkout notes. Not sure? Ask us before ordering.
Canada
Plants enter Canada with a phytosanitary certificate. Some genera may require a CFIA import permit. We will confirm the requirements for your order.
European Union & United Kingdom
Plants for planting entering the EU or UK require an official phytosanitary certificate, which we arrange for every order. Import VAT and customs duties may be charged by your country on delivery.
Duties & taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage fees are set by your country and are paid by the buyer on delivery. They are not included in our prices or shipping fee.
