By ordering from Aesthetic Flora you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Orders paid by PayPal or card are confirmed immediately. Orders paid by Wise or bank transfer are reserved for a limited time and processed once payment is received; unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically and the plants released. Wholesale prices apply automatically at the minimum quantity shown on each product.

Shipping

A flat shipping fee per order applies as shown at checkout. Plants ship bare-root with a phytosanitary certificate. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by customs or couriers are outside our control.

Import compliance

Buyers are responsible for complying with their country's plant import rules, including any import permits, duties and taxes. We will help you with documentation wherever we can.

Natural variation

Plants are living things. Leaf colour, variegation and size may vary from photos, and minor leaf damage in transit is normal and not considered DOA.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge before payment. After phytosanitary inspection has started, cancellations may not be possible.
