We pack every plant carefully for international travel. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

If a plant arrives dead (rotten stem or roots, or fully collapsed), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will offer a replacement in your next order or store credit for the plant's price.

Not covered

• Minor leaf yellowing, bruising or leaf drop from transit stress — plants usually recover within a few weeks.
• Packages seized or destroyed by customs due to missing import permits on the buyer's side.
• Delays caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Shipping fee

The flat shipping fee covers export documentation and courier costs and is non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped.
